Garfish otherwise known as Needlefish or Long Nose Fish are not on everyone’s list as a fish to target but they do offer some good sport and if you do like eating fish are good to eat.
When I know, they are around in numbers I like to catch a few for the table and float fishing or float spinning a piece of bait is a great way to fish for them.
