2015 was a pretty good fishing year for me with a variety of species caught at different times of the year and plenty of fish for the dinner table.
With 2016 just around the corner, I thought I would look back at some of that fishing in anticipation of some good fishing to come next year that is; if the seemingly never ending bad weather at the moment allows it! The video below shows some of that fishing and I wish you all successful fishing next year. Tight lines.
Looks like you had a good year Rob,wish mine was was half as good!! Been trying to get out for weeks now but with the weather and work not managed it, hopefully get out in the new year, itching to get out on the Fal again, just brought a GPS & want to try that out

Hi Andy. Many thanks for the comment. Exactly the same for me since early November and never known such persistent strong winds and so frustrating at a time (Nov/Dec) when the fishing is good. Only had one trip since I saw you in early November for a few Whiting, Mackerel, and a couple of Squid in the river. You will find the GPS a great asset once you get your marks on it as waypoints and makes the fishing so much easier knowing exactly where you are. Like you I am hoping for a weather window that coincides with availability Jan/Feb as still some fish to be caught that time of year. Hope you have a great fishing 2016 and no doubt we will meet again.
